    Sales Consulting activates on the HR market since 1998, having a national coverage in several areas of expertise: recruiting and selection assessment center HR market mapping/due diligence projects, personnel leasing, payroll.

    Sales Consulting has 2 fully operational branches: Cluj-Napoca (also the head-office) and Bucharest.
    We are developing various projects (Recruitment, Training and Consultancy) in some of the most varied type of industries:
    - AUTOMOTIVE/PRODUCTION/ENGINEERING (Specialists and Middle & Top Management positions)
    - OUTSOURCING (BPO/SSC/CC)
    - IT & C (C++, C#, .NET, Java, Linux etc)
    - FMCG (sales & purchasing positions; all levels)
    - PHARMA (all levels)

    Cerinte

    - 1-2 years experience in Customer Support/ Sales/ Logistics

    - Fluent in French and Italian and have a good knowledge of English, all written and spoken

    - Very customer- and result- oriented and you work organized according to the priorities and disciplined following the procedures & guidelines

    - Self-starter but also a strong team player

    - Learn quickly and absorb new concepts, terms & vocabulary

    - Good IT skills (you can work with outlook, excel, word)

    Responsabilitati

    - Act as the first response to customers for the French and Italian speaking areas, handling complaints and information on order status, product availability, basic technical info and product information

    - Manage your calls and you remain client-friendly at all times acting proactively and providing high-quality information and advice

    - Enter the orders received for your area in a precise, correct and timely manner on the ERP System (JDE/Oracle) and follow up where necessary.

    - Follow up on newly received e-mails and faxes, you sort them according to their level of priority and you process urgent communications (both written messages and phone calls)

    - Support the country-, area-, sales manager or Team leader with administrative support where needed
