    MAIN JOB PURPOSE:

    Leverage all available data (industry trends, competitive landscape, shares, sales, distribution etc.), shopper knowledge, customer understanding, financial capabilities, planning and forecasting in order to contribute to customer and channel growth.
     

    JOB SUMMARY

    • Develop an appropriate Route to Market in order to support new product developments
    • Strong collaboration across the departments with a highly diverse team, internal and external
    • Manage promotional investment budgets in order to meet sales targets, correlating in the same time financial KPI’s to drive category profitability
    • Coordinating category budgets and activities for Romania, Serbia, Bulgaria, Albania, Macedonia, Kosovo, Moldova
    • Analysing indicators per category with focus on volume forecast


    KEY REQUIREMENTS

    • University degree
    • Strong communication skills, negotiation skills, and developing customer
    • English good knowledge
    • Microsoft knowledge
    • Understand shopper needs and market trends
    • Sales and trade marketing experience, preferably FMCG
