    Requirements

    • Excellent German skills & fluency in English
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Good customer relationship management skills
    • Ability to take initiative and autonomously handle tasks
    • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to clients and prospects
    • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
    • Ability to work independently and as a team
    • Accuracy and attention to detail
    • Very good organizational skills
    • Proactivity
    • Very good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package

    Responsibilities

    Sales Support activities at Account and Segment level:

    • Marketing Campaign Management:
    - Manage preparation, implementation, follow-up
    - Approach prospects or existing clients based on marketing campaign actions
    - Prospect/client calls preparation: prepare the schedule, manage the client database, prepare introductory information, schedule the activities
    - Pre- and post-event activities with CRM tracking
    • Contact, Opportunity and Activity Management in CRM
    • Research (internal / external information)
    • Understand customer needs and requirements
    • Keep records of sales activities and internal meetings/conference calls
    • Maintain accurate information in our tracking tools
