    Cerinte

     Minim 3 ani experienta in instalarea, configurarea si administrarea aplicatiilor informatice specifice domeniului financiar-bancar.
    o Experienta in administrea, monitorizarea, instalarea, depanarea de aplicatii cu acest specific.
    o Acordarea de suport tehnic utilizatorilor interni si clientilor bancii; acordarea de suport,ghidaj si expertiza in promovarea in productie a diferitelor proiecte informatice
    o Prezinta un avantaj experienta in administrarea mediilor informatice specifice domeniilor de online banking si de dematerializare documente (ex. patforma Captiva,Documentum,Paid)
     Cunostinte generale de lucru cu sisteme de operare de tip Unix (IBM AIX, Sun Solaris), Microsoft Windows, Linux
     Cunostinte generale de lucru cu middleware IBM WebSphere si IBM MQ, Weblogic
     Utilizeaza/intelege limbaje / tool-uri de scripting.
     Cunostinte generale de programare shell script.
     Cunostinte generale de arhitecturi software si elemente de infrastructura hardware.
     Cunostinte generale networking.
     Cunostinte generale in utilizarea tool-urilor de monitorizare servere si aplicatii (de preferat BMC Patrol, Microsoft SCOM si Oracle Grid);
     Cunostinte generale metodologie ITIL cu focus pe procesele de change management, incident si problem management.
    - Studii superioare de profil (absolvent studii tehnice superioare de specialitate IT);
    - Buna cunoastere a limbii engleze (obligatoriu), limba franceza reprezentand un avantaj;
    - Adaptabilitate si disponibilitate in situatii de urgenta;
    - Initiativa si proactivitate,
    - Abilitati de analiza si evaluarea informatiilor, capacitatea de a gasi solutii optime;
    - Abilitate de a lucra atat individual cat si in echipa ;
    - Abilitati de comunicare, hotarare si perseverenta in rezolvarea sarcinilor;
    - Asimilare rapida de cunostinte.

    Responsabilitati

    - Instaleaza, monitorizeaza, administreaza si exploateaza aplicatiile bancare satelit , asigurand totodata suport tehnic pentru acestea ;
    - Asigura punerea in functiune a noilor platforme sau servicii aplicative, implementeaza schimbarile corective sau evolutive aferente acestora, respectand standardele ITIL
    - Initiaza si urmareste fise de anomalie si cereri de evolutie tehnica pentru realizarea unor corectii sau adaptari ale solutiei.
    - Raspunde de definirea, dezvoltarea si realizarea proceselor de monitorizare si automatizare pentru portofoliul aplicativ administrat.
    - Defineste si inregistreaza incidentele de productie, participa la investigare si coordoneaza aplicarea si documentarea actiunilor de rezolvare pentru minimizarea impactului la nivel Business.
    - Propune si implementeaza solutii de automatizare procese pentru aplicatiile din portofoliu.
    - Valideaza instalarea si integrarea noilor aplicatii/solutii in mediul de productie.
