    Sales Consulting activates on the HR market since 1998, having a national coverage in several areas of expertise: recruiting and selection assessment center HR market mapping/due diligence projects, personnel leasing, payroll.

    Sales Consulting has 2 fully operational branches: Cluj-Napoca (also the head-office) and Bucharest.
    We are developing various projects (Recruitment, Training and Consultancy) in some of the most varied type of industries:
    - AUTOMOTIVE/PRODUCTION/ENGINEERING (Specialists and Middle & Top Management positions)
    - OUTSOURCING (BPO/SSC/CC)
    - IT & C (C++, C#, .NET, Java, Linux etc)
    - FMCG (sales & purchasing positions; all levels)
    - PHARMA (all levels)

    Requirements

    Requirements:

    - You have some years of experience in an internal sales function – preferably for the export market
    - You are familiar with export documentation
    - You have excellent English language skills and a very good knowledge of French, both written and spoken. Additional languages are an asset
    - You are very customer- and result- oriented and you work organized according to the priorities and disciplined following the companies procedures & guidelines
    - You are a self-starter but also a strong team player
    - You learn quickly and absorb new concepts, terms & vocabulary
    - You have good IT skills (you can work with outlook, excel, word)

    Responsibilities

    Responsibilities:

    - You act as the first point of contact to customers for the Export market (Africa / Middle East) handling complaints and information on order status, product availability, basic technical info and product information
    - You manage your calls and you remain client-friendly at all times acting proactively and providing high-quality information and advice
    - You enter the orders received for your area in a precise, correct and timely manner on the ERP System (JDE/Oracle) and follow up where necessary
    - You follow up on newly received e-mails and faxes, you sort them according to their level of priority and you process urgent communications (both written messages and phone calls)
    - You support the country-, area-, sales manager or Team leader with administrative support where needed
    - You are resilient, flexible and calm under pressure
    - This function may require you to work until 6 PM Romanian time
