• Technical degree in Mechanical field - advantage
• Experience in automotive field is an advantage;
• Good technical skills
• Be able to understand and explain technical subjects internally or to customer;
• Good problem solving skills;
• Very good teamwork and interpersonal skills;
• Advanced knowledge of Office tools, especially Excel;
• Proficient user of English and German Languages.

• Maintain contact with customer representatives for customer issues;
• Record customer incidents and resolution steps in database
• Update the customer portals according with database information;
• Be part of the Problem Solving Team for customer issues;
• Translate relevant documentation attached to returned parts (German to English);
• Download and prepare the field data.
