HR & Marketing Internship for IT events

Catalyst Solutions is a full-service company with 10 years of experience in recruitment, talent attraction and employer branding. Catalyst Solutions manages Hipo.ro, a career website focused on young professionals, students and graduates, but also the biggest career events: Angajatori de Top, Top Talents, Dev Talks, Think Leadership, Consulting Days, Targul Virtual pentru Absolventi, Ghidul Angajatorilor, Angajatori de TOP Virtual.

Durint this internship you will have the chance to be part of TechTalks team, a dedicated platform during Angajatori de TOP which targets IT&C enthusiasts and professionals.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies aimed at increasing awareness about TechTalks project;
- Develop promotional campaigns in order to keep in touch with participants (newsletter, e-mails, google/facebook ads, etc)
- Propose and apply different methods of attracting participants during TechTalks Conferences and TechLabs;
- Work with graphic designers to develop promotional materials;
- Conduct post – event evaluations and reports;

Requirements:
- student/ graduate
- Passion for organizing events;
- Interested in technology, being up to date with the latest IT trends will be an advantage; 
- Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize
- Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) knowledge;
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop/Illustrator would be both useful and appreciated;
