    Cerinte

    University degree;
    3 years of relevant experience with proven record in corporate sales;
    Good networking skills and proven ability to uphold B2B relations;
    Strong motivation for working in a sales oriented environment;
    Strong selling and closing skills in corporate environment, proven sales track record;
    Strong planning and organizing abilities;
    Entrepreneurial spirit;
    Fluency in English;
    MS Office proficiency;
    Driving license.

    Responsabilitati

    Responsible with direct group insurance sales to IMMs within allocated region and/or towards allocated data base of clients;
    Identify contact persons from the targeted companies, approaches the contact persons preferably through networking and develop a qualitative business relationship;
    Identify the clients’ needs related to personnel and especially employees benefits and group products;
    Maximize customer satisfaction & retention by upholding excellent relation with corporate clients;
    High level networking at regional area, actively and regular participation at corporate events, business forums and clubs, etc.;
    Analyze local competition.
