IT / Technical Recruiter

Focused on the Energy Industry and its people, we have developed our recruitment services into a full range of manpower solutions to effectively and profitably execute long-term and short-term project needs: global mobility services, human resource services, payroll/tax services, and recruitment services.

- 0-2 years Recruiting experience.
- Recruiting experience in projects for Infrastructure, Hardware, Mobile App Development, Network, mobile devices, software – preferably
- University graduate – preferably. Fresh graduates of HR related programs are also encouraged to apply.
- Good understanding of the full-cycle recruitment processes – preferably
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong Microsoft Office knowledge.
- Highly organized

- Work with internal company database, various job boards, social media, etc. to attract, identify and select potential candidates for jobs in the United States and possibly other global locations.
- Conduct interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools/methods to filter candidates
- Maintain a list of exceptional qualified candidates
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
- Coordinate with other recruiting teams in the U.S., Brazil, Singapore and other locations.
