    Key Requirements
    First class academic degree – possibly in business, engineering, IT;
    Possible background include : consulting (strategy, IT, operations),finance or IT (at an analytical or strategic function);
    Proficiency in standard office software (esp. Excel and PowerPoint).

    Desired Requirements
    Good knowledge of Allianz Group (Allianz OE & Allianz SE experience) / understanding of AMOS Services;
    Convincing oral and written communication with high level of English (mandatory) and German (plus);
    IT skills and understanding of IT infrastructure is real plus (data centers, networks, telephony…).

    Responsabilitati

    Job role

    AMOS Customer Sales Operations is increasing its Product and Pricing management team. This department will be in charge of analyzing AMOS services and following remediation actions to ensure market relevance of price and service, profitability of service delivered, and product/price structure incentive to drive cost reductions for the group.

    Responsibilities
    A business model analyst handles both IT and non-IT services scope.
    Conducts detailed analysis of AMOS Services:
    o Conducts and coordinate with external sources to provide accurate benchmark points on the market for AMOS products and service;
    o Organizes and executes detailed analysis of all AMOS Services (IT and non-IT) : product configuration and current pricing, financial analysis of the profitability of the service over time, impact of the service on consumption behaviors and costs reductions for the group;
    o Identifies and qualify improvement levers for cost efficiency;
    o Designs and evaluates impact of new pricing structure.

    Supports service managers:
    o Collaborates with AMOS teams to get relevant data, evaluate options, and work on possible actions;
    o Is knowledgeable for all current and upcoming services; o Propose and explore ideas in a collaborative way.

    Further responsibilities
    Prepares analyses for Board approval:
    o Presents analysis in a fact based, figure oriented manner;
    o Coordinates with different AMOS stakeholder´s in advance to ensure buy-in around recommendations;
    o Meets deadlines and expectations, able to escalate issues when appropriate (availability of data, resources…).
