    Requirements

    Knowledge and experience

    Technical profile:

    • Graduate or equaling degree Certification;
    • Appropriate advanced industry network certifications are preferred;
    • 3+ years of Experience in network environments (network switching, routing and datacenters);
    • Experience and strong knowledge of managing in a matrix organizational structure;
    • Knowledge of ITIL concepts is very important;
    • Designing capabilities for Network on LAN MAN building infrastructure;
    • Cisco Switches and Routers; LAN Data Center expertise; strong experience in handling LAN/MAN;
    • LAN & MAN Optimization techniques; strong knowledge on Wi-Fi Network infrastructure;
    • Dynamic Routing - Configure industry standard dynamic routing protocols;
    • Strong Network monitoring tools experience;
    • Load Balancing - Global DNS load balancing and local application load balancing.
    Products: Cisco Catalyst and Nexus series, Cisco Load Balancers, F5 and Router management.

    Responsibilities

    Responsabilities:

    • Responsible for the management of the Technical Project Managers in their delivery of Projects following the IT Project Management Methodology (ITPMM);
    • Ensuring that the delivery and solutions are on time, to the budget and to agreed specification which achieves the intended business objectives;
    • Lead in the development and use of best practice project management tools, methods and capabilities;
    • Support a high performance culture by challenging, monitoring and supporting best practice within the Technical Project Management team and the wider departmental teams;
    • Embed network risk management into each project, promoting this understanding amongst all project team members;
    • Effective selection, engagement and management of suppliers through the procurement process;
    • Create, maintain and enhance effective professional and collaborative relationships with relevant stakeholders/customers/colleagues, both internal and external;
    • Manage and prioritize own and project workloads taking into account productivity and quality balanced against service and volume;
    • Extend the support to integration teams as and when required when expected by the management to handle the production matters;
    • Provides technical analysis to all customers to isolate issues and develop strategies to restore or activate services;
    • Interact with peers regarding ongoing network-security activities. Ascertains compliance with security, safety, and environmental guidelines;
    • Develop Innovation, focus on developing talents. Contribute to peer coaching & mentoring whenever possible.
