Technical Support with French

Basic knowledge in SQL ETL (Informatica) Functional.
French - Mandatory

• Use ITIL processes with focus on Incident Management Change
• Management and Problem Resolution and work in a team of 18 FTEs across a portfolio of 40+ apps which will be in corrective maintenance.
• Support Unix/KSH and specific tools.
• French should be at B2 with ability to learn intensively.
University degree: IT University Degree or equivalent
