    The KPI Institute is a research institute specialized in business performance. It operates research programs in 12 practice domains ranging from strategy and KPIs to employee performance, and from customer service to innovation performance. Insights are disseminated through a variety of publications, subscriptions services and through a knowledge platform available to registered members. Support in deploying these insights in practice is offered through training and advisory services.

    The KPI Institute has developed the first KPI Management Framework and it operates , the result of a research program dedicated to documenting and cataloging how KPIs are used in practice. It is an online portal containing the largest collection of well documented KPI examples, supported by a community of tens of thousands of members.

    INTEGERPERFORM is the European arm of The KPI Institute, and it provides support at global level in research, training and advisory matters.

    Requirements

    • Hold a university degree preferably in Marketing or other similar disciplines;
    • Have experience in marketing management position for at least 3 years;
    • Have significant knowledge in media market (trends, evolution, marketing channels roles in commercial communication), consumer behaviour, customer acquisition and customer retention;
    • Have strong project management skills, being able to take ownership and responsibility for tasks to ensure they are completed to a high standard and on time;
    • Have experience in using social networking platforms, such as Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn;
    • Have good command with all MS Office applications;
    • Excel in written and verbal English;
    • Have strong verbal and writing communication skills;
    • Be able to work in a fast paced environment juggling multiple priorities;
    • Be a self-motivated person;
    • Be a great team player;
    • Be a detail oriented person.

    Responsibilities

    • Assist team members with day to day marketing tasks and coordinating marketing projects and activities as requested;
    • Plan, implement, monitor and evaluate products marketing campaigns;
    • Coordinate with Digital Marketing with the promotion efforts;
    • Support Digital Marketing with the courses campaigns;
    • Create, edit and manage the production of digital and print content that is consistent with the organization’s brand, style and tone.
    • Build and manage a rich content that attracts qualified audience on our websites.
    • Write various types of articles an ongoing basis on a wide range of topics for our News section to support and promote your offers and to attract site visitors.
    • Optimize content for search engines and lead generation.
    • Collaborate with designers to produce relevant advertising materials that meet the needs of both key stakeholders and our audience.
    • Create product content (e.g. case studies, product webpage presentations, brochures) to articulate the benefits of our products to the world.
    • Coordinate the launch of new products and services through consistent marketing campaigns.
    • Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality and tone of voice, and optimized for search and user experience for all channels of content.
    • Develop standards, systems and best practices for content creation and distribution.
    • Conduct periodic competitive audits.
