    Requirements

    General Profile for Problem Solving Executive:
    Excellent writing and communication skills in Romanian;
    Good writing and communication skills in English;
    Computer skills: working with browsers, MS Office;
    Demonstrated capability for problem solving, decision making, sound judgment, assertiveness;
    Responsible and positive attitude;
    Desire for continuous improvement;
    Team spirit

    Responsibilities

    Main responsibilities in interactions with Vivre’s Customers:
    Understand and adequately apply legal and commercial framework to existing orders;
    Research & implement solutions for complaints/inquiries/Customers’ needs, and escalate if required;
    Filter the customers’ requests based on procedure and register/redirect in/to the specific database/ departments;
    Understand and take charge of the customer’s journey through the entire process, from website order to courier delivery;
    Take charge of customers’ requests and propose solutions according to compliance rules and procedures;
    Understand and apply in day-to-day activities the client profile from the assigned European country, using direct communication through email and phone;
    Keep the customer constantly informed regarding the status of their requests;
    Offer assistance and support to other departments (Buying, Logistics, Marketing, IT) regarding different on-going organisational projects;
    Produce Customer Problem Management metrics;
    Contribute to Customer Problem Management strategy.

    Location:

    Schedule:
    8 hours per day. Monday to Friday including lunch break at our headquarter in Bucharest.
