University graduate
Min. 6 years business experience, out of which at least 2 year experience in consultancy
Proven experience in project management and leading implementations of new organization, new processes, new ways of working
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Experience in use of project methodologies. PM certifications are an advantage (e.g. PMP, Prince2)
Experience in the telecommunications industry
Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively work in teams
Proactive, energetic and constructive attitude
Effective monitoring skills
Excellent analytical and synthetic skills; ability to provide solutions and decisions
Creativity and flexibility

Ability to develop constructive relationships with project stakeholders
Ability to effectively synthesize information and present findings to the senior management
Capability to manage simultaneously multiple projects/activities
English language at advanced level, knowledge of another language represents a plus
PC skills – MS Office – advanced level (Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Outlook)
Willing to travel domestically and abroad

Creates, builds and manages business relationships
Prepares and submits the proposal for consulting assignments (addressing the mission, the mission calendar, deliverables, methods and techniques to be used, the team, identification of potential contractors, budget etc.)
Plans and organizes consulting engagements (structure of the project team, detailing the work plan, the budget and communicates these to the client etc.)
Executes and coordinates the consulting mission according to the procedures and phases of the company (planning, coordination, monitoring, reporting, closure)
Coordinates and contributes to the execution of project deliverables
Ensures compliance with projects deadlines and budgets and achievement of desired results
Evaluates the project team and generates internal reports related to the project
Contributes to the development of products and services portfolio
Supports the optimization of the internal organization
Develops tools, templates, processes and best practices in the project management area
Contributes to the development of training materials for the project management area
Delivers internal and/ or external training and coaching in the area of project management
