Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE)

- Technical university degree;
- Operational Experience in the field of quality;
- Expert knowledge of ISO TS 16949 and ISO 9001, VDA 6.1;
- Auditor Training VDA and ISO TS 16949;
- Experience in mobile communication or automotive is an advantage;
- Very good organizational and coordination skills as well as experience in conflict management;
- Team player, communication capability, commitment, customer and quality orientation, results orientation and structured;
- IT (MS Office), experience with ERP systems, presentation skills;
- Languages: English (fluent), German (desirable).

a) Management of the supplier base for the production site Kathrein Romania;
b) Supplier audits including follow-up of agreed actions in coordination with the material management responsible;
c) Ensuring compliance with the standards and processes for suppliers;
d) Support of strategic purchasing in supplier management - in particular, in the optimization and development of suppliers;
e) Coordination of activities with suppliers in the field of quality, continuous improvement management, compliance, and manufacturing processes;
f) Support the operational purchasing in case quality problems in mass production;
g) Planning of medium and long-term activities for quality improvement and stabilization, in coordination with the strategic purchasing;
h) Support for project procurement during the product development period;
i) Support of local suppliers, if necessary, for product and manufacturing issues as well as for initial samples (PPAP), Product Sign-Off and Sign-Off Process, in particular:
- Ensuring communication to suppliers;
- Development, implementation, maintenance and implementation of a "Supplier Individual Development Plan" as part of the supplier optimization (supplier management);
- Negotiation and approval of QM agreements according to guidelines and within the material management strategy.
