    Responsabilitati

     Contribute to the CRC business strategy of the discipline
     Responsible for managing, coordinating and delivering successfully the CRC projects both technically and commercially
     Ensure that Health & Safety is embedded into all work practices in line with company policies
     Resource planning to ensure the right resources are utilized effectively at the right time across their team and projects
     Support actively the CRC profile raising in Sweden
     Technical management of the projects and quality check
     Act as technical focal point for the discipline to ensure that communication and design processes are continuously improved
     Recruitment with support from the leadership
     Conduct meaningful inductions, performance management reviews and personal development plans that support the development of individuals and the business
     Create an atmosphere of trust and seek diverse perspectives to encourage improvement and innovation in the team
     Prepare bids from a technical and commercial perspective for Swedish prospects
     Provide leadership and guidance on the company’s approach to sustainability and ensure that the sustainability strategy is implemented within the discipline
     Communicate and liaise efficient with the CRC Coordinators in Sweden
     Contribute to the completion of monthly management project reports to be issued by set deadline
     Keep up to date with industry developments with respect to own discipline, engineering innovations and developments at global scale
     Recognize staff potential and assist in their development
     Provide feedback to local CRC Project Coordinators on the team’s performance and development requirements
     Provide regular project status updates, including risks or concerns to Managing Director
     Availability to travel and follow projects in Sweden
     Perform other related duties as required by the Managing Director

    Project leadership
    1. Plan the project
     Define the scope and create a detailed work plan with the Coordinators
     Determine the key resources from the Romanian team and develop a project schedule
    2. Staff the project
     Recruit, interview and select staff with appropriate skills
     Manage staff per the company policies and practices
     Make sure that the team follow the “VS” (Quality) System
     Follow in full the document control, H&S policies and practices, and QA processes relevant to project work, ensuring drawings, specifications, reports and correspondence are issued, and filed in an appropriate manner, coach junior staff in their usage
    3. Implement the project
     Ensure that all project information is appropriately documented and secured
     Monitor the progress of the projects and adjust as necessary to ensure successful delivery
     Lead technical solutions on projects
     Review the quality of the work completed prior to delivery
    4. Evaluate the project
     Ensure the project deliverables are on time and at the required level of quality
     Complete monthly Work in Progress (WIP) in the orderbook and evaluate the progress of the projects

    Alte informatii

    Data/IT
     Very good skills in AutoCAD
     Experience of MagiCAD or similar electrical 3D design software
     Good skills in Microsoft Office
     Experience in Navis work or similar software
