    Requirements

    • Proven experience at a marketing executive assistant role
    • Masters degree is desirable, Bachelors degree is necessary to be eligible for this role
    • Fluency in one of the following languages is needed – German ( priority), Dutch, Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, French
    • Strong Google Analytics experience
    • Proven copy writing experience for direct mail, email, websites or events
    • Knowledge of HTML
    • Strong organisational, planning and interpersonal skills
    • Able to be proactive and take initiatives
    • Excellent project management skills
    • Strong negotiation and influencing skills
    • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite applications

    Responsibilities

    The candidate will assist the regional head and the marketing team with event campaign planning and execution of the QS World MBA Tour, QS World Grad School Tour and QS World University Tour amongst other events. Must be able to work unsupervised, multi task and should have excellent written and verbal communications skills, coupled with highly developed interpersonal skills.

    This position is a great stepping stone for an exciting career in event marketing.

    Media Partnerships & Relationship Management: To support maintaining existing media partnerships, delivering promotional material to execute strong marketing campaigns.
    E-mails: Creating HTML Emails from a relevant template and managing email calendars for which training will be provided.
    Social Media: Social Media outreach to connect with potential attendees giving them information and also posting relevant content on Fan Pages and Event walls, ideally becoming a social media ambassador for the region.
    Campus Marketing: Developing and executing the campus marketing plans with the team to attract more candidates to the events
    Administrative Support: Creating artwork jobs on internal systems, data entry, posting on relevant websites and creating reports post-events will also be a part of this profile.
