•Independent maintenance and further development of the SAP HCM module.
•Optimization and configuration of business processes in SAP HCM via Customizing, among others, the SAP HR-OM, HR-PA, HR-PT and SAP HR-PY.
•Working closely with the Process Consulting department for the optimal implementation of internal requirements
•Support in SAP projects, like international rollouts at multiple European sites
•Creation of IT Specification
•3rd level support of the SAP HCM module

•Design and specification as well as subsequent implementation of SAP HCM projects
•Quality assurance, expansion and optimization of existing SAP solutions and own developments
•Independent execution of tests and interface optimization between systems
•Support for productive SAP HCM applications
•Specification, coordination, testing, and communication of requirements for the SAP system
•Creation or updating of program and system documentation
•Ensure the implementation of the development process with regard to specification and implementation .Reorganize, implement and coordinate technical aspects of development projects
