    Requirements

    British American Shared Services Europe currently have an exciting opportunity for an People and Organizational Analytics Coordinator, joining us on a permanent basis in our offices in Bucharest.

    Job Scope

    Combining data science and visualization skills to deliver analytical insight to the Business;

    Driving effective decision making in either special projects or BAU analytics;

    Working closely with stakeholders to deliver HR strategy, processes and ad hoc project support.


    Essential requirements


    University Degree

    At least 2 years working experiences similar field

    Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (including VBA) and Power Point

    Attention to details and ability to produce accurate work

    Adaptable to learn new process, concepts and skills

    Ability to work well under pressure

    Good organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment

    Very good ability to communicate at all appropriate levels of the organisation and within multiple functions

    Identify opportunities that can improve efficiency of business processes


    Desirable requirements

    Experience with Success Factor and a master data quality management processes is an advantage

    Responsibilities

    Execute timely and accurate OE reporting on both regular & ad-hoc basis, applying the agreed global guidelines to ensure consistency in the way the data is presented;

    Perform consistency checks on data vital to OE reporting and co-ordinate follow-up actions in order to correct the data;

    Collect, reformat and upload data to and from multiple sources in order to ensure successful data consolidation;

    Provide subject matter expertise and advice on OE data and reporting;

    Supports the design and implementation of analytics solutions that meet the needs of BAT’s global population, underpinned by a sound knowledge of BAT strategic and operating plans;

    Ability to operate regionally but being managed from a single global delivery centre;

    Delivers the technical build of analytical insights, with SME support from Team Leader, managing scope, quality and usability of analytical solutions;

    Supports Business leaders, Line Managers and HR teams in designing, developing and implementing relevant metrics and measurements for workforce productivity, ROI, HR programme effectiveness, risk management and more to improve bottom line business results;

    Profiling of workforce dimensions and characteristics;

    Objective workforce performance measures;

    Reporting of trends to inform business activity monitoring;

    Monitoring own performance against service standards to ensure that support and services are provided in line with established SLAs & KPIs;

    Ensures the collection, maintenance, accessibility and relevance of HR knowledge and content related to specialist area through the project channels in line with BAT standards. Works closely with relevant CoE to ensure specialist content hosted on knowledge management channels is line with strategy and works with Knowledge & Content Manager to upload as appropriate;

    Identifies opportunities to improve specialist services and processes and escalates appropriately.
