    The employee must have proficient knowledge in the following areas:
    - ONLY Electrical Engineering Bachelor degree accepted
    - Minimum 1-3 years experience of designing electrical low voltage systems in a variety of building types
    - High proficiency of English reading, writing and speaking
    - Develop an understanding of the electrical Romanian/European regulations applicable to the discipline and how to demonstrate this through calculation
    - Develop an understanding of working with Magicad or other 3D design software
    - Develop a working knowledge of AutoCAD
    - Assist others in plant room planning
    - Manual double line and single line co-ordination
    - Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of software

    Develop knowledge of the following Electrical Skills:
    - Low voltage distribution systems
    - Cable calculations via Amtech or other software as instructed
    - Cable calculations by hand
    - Lighting calculations (via Dialux software)
    - Energy lighting
    - Small power
    - Fire alarms
    - Intruder detection
    - Access control & security systems
    - Disabled call systems
    - Data cabling and outlets
    - Lightning protection


    Design activities:
    - Work within electrical discipline team assisting with design and technical advice on projects lead by others
    - Assist in the completion of detailed designs
    - Contribute to feasibility reports under the supervision of others
    - Consider the feasibility of the project specific to the discipline and contribute to the overall feasibility study for the project
    - Assist in the development of specifications
    - Assist in the production of detailed equipment schedules for issue with the discipline specific design
    - Understand the need for detailed calculations and through training and mentorship, become proficient in both long hand and software methods of calculation related to their discipline
    - Promote sustainability and energy efficiency within your designs and discuss the appropriate systems to implement with the senior team members
    - Accompany and assist others carrying out condition surveys for the discipline for combining into to an overall report
    - Accompany others visiting sites as required to gain an understanding of the quality of the installation process allied to the discipline
    - Can demonstrate acceptable technical writing skills
    - Work in co-ordination with all other design team members whether internal of external
    - Attend design team meetings as an observer
    - Have good report writing skills
    - Understand the limits of our duties under any commission
    - Report to the Line Manager any issues that may affect the effective delivery of projects on agreed deadlines, the quality of the projects or any other points likely to affect the company’s image
    - Perform basic levels calculations within rooms using Dialux software
    - Prepare services drawings for electrical infrastructure, lighting, small power, fire alarm systems, security and IT containment etc. in 2D or 3D as required
    - Prepare electrical panels schematics
    - Prepare bill of quantities

    Supervision activities
    - Assist at inspection and monitoring of the progress of the electrical works as the designer’s representative, aiming to ensure the works are carried out at an appropriate quality, and are in accordance with the Designer’s specifications
    - Undertake site inspections and prepare Technical Due Diligence reports
    - Assist in compiling final documents for handover
    - Prepare progress and technical reports as required
    - Assist at testing & commissioning process and provide reports as required
    - Respond to contractor queries and attend site progress meetings.
