    • Implement, supervise and administer the IT systems, in order to assure that everyone has access to appropriate information at the right time
    • Install, configure and monitoring the new IT equipment;
    • Servers;
    • Mail Server;
    • Workstations;
    • Printers and faxes;

    • Patching & configuring network points in communication cabinets and ensuring cabling is labelled correctly and neatly maintained;

    • Solving troubleshooting connectivity issues with PC's printers/ multifunction devices and third party devices used by Security & Facilities personnel;

    • Resolving Helpdesk calls from staff;

    • Adapting user configuration according to their profile:
    • Install and configure Windows OS;
    • Install and configure applications;
    • Hardware and software support
