LSS Senior Management Consultant

Our client is is the local leader of the Romanian management consulting market by revenue and number of consultants. Since its foundation, in 2000, our client developed a complex portfolio of consulting services in the following areas: strategy, operations, finance, people and technology.

Main requirements:
University graduate
4-8 years in a similar position or relevant field (out of which minimum 3 year experience in business process analysis, improvement, management)
Sound knowledge and practical experience in process optimization and generating improvement solutions
Proven experience in implementing LSS in industrial products environments
English and French – advanced level
PC skills – MS Office – advanced level (Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Outlook), Internet Explorer
Ability to coordinate other colleagues / stakeholder for implementing the identified solutions
Knowledge and experience in working with software applications related to business process analysis (e.g. MS Visio, Aris, Adonis)
Proficient in process mapping in various international standards (e.g. BPMN2.0)
Knowledge of different methods and instruments used in process optimization (e.g. reengineering, Lean, Lean Six Sigma)
Very good communication and presentation skills, good decision making skills and ability to work within a team or independently, workshop facilitation experience
Excellent analytical and synthetic skills; ability to provide solutions; excellent problem structuring and solving

Main responsibilities:

Manage and execute management consulting assignments according with business stages and company procedures
Manage, small or medium size projects and coordinate more junior colleagues
Create, build and manage business relationships according to the specific standards of the business (FEACO, AMCOR, etc.)
Participate in the optimization of Ensight Management Consulting internal organization (processes, documents, standards, procedures)
Develop the Business Process Management services portfolio
