For our client, a well-known leader in personal systems and printing we are looking for an Account Operations Manager with German language.
You build and strengthen partner relationships, helping and growing the Partner every chance you get. You are a goal-oriented individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills. We want you in our team!
The Account Operations Manager will work as the operational focal point for key Partners. This role is open in a new, engaging project, as the company will enter a new market.
Requirements:
- First level university degree or equivalent experience; advanced university degree preferred;
- A minimum of 4 years (preferably 6-10 years) of experience in a business related function, preferably in operations or partner management;
- Advanced understanding of operational processes;
- Excellent communication skills in English (e.g. written, verbal, presentation) and German languages;
- Ability to lead virtual, often times remote teams;
- Strong business acumen;
- Advanced project management skills;
- Solid skills with business applications like Excel and PowerPoint.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the end-to-end accountable for operational performance with the assigned partner;
- Support the assigned sales resources on the partner account with operational expertise and process knowledge;
- Drives change management processes with the assigned partner;
- Drives regular reviews of the company’s operational performance with relevant stakeholders;
- Support and drive business analyses and reporting as required;
- Provides expert direction and guidance to process improvements and establishment of policies;
- Solves complex business issues and make appropriate recommendations by applying advanced Subject matter expertise;
- Provides leadership and training on specific processes.
