• A Resilient self-starter, with tele-marketing or recruitment experience
• Knowledge of the Higher Education/MBA Industry would be a bonus
• Excellent communication skills
• Advanced level of English mandatory, any other language would be a plus.

• Good Organizational time management skills, including a strong attention to detail.
• Computer Literate with a good knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word; PowerPoint)
Tele-marketing role, working across higher education products with the aim to help those who have demonstrated an interest in advancing their career via attending QS events.
• Call, E-mail and WhatsApp candidates who responded to our marketing efforts either by converting them to attend physical events or to inform them about interest to study at partner universities, as well as about language tests and other required tests.
• Counsel candidates towards specific educational institutions when needed and offer support to them for further questions regarding their application and inquiries.
• Gather documents from candidates (diplomas, CVs, etc.), learning how to review CVs and profiles of candidates who have registered on our websites for the events and assessing their suitability for a range of international business schools and programs.
• Follow up with candidates to book them into meetings with schools via email campaigns and phone calls, ensuring a high conversion rate of registrations to booked interviews.
• Assisting prospective candidates with advice on programs, GMAT, entry requirements, visas and funding Masters Programs.
• Understand the business / universities requirements and match the candidates accordingly.
• Managing and updating database of schools information involving a range of the clients.
