    Requirements

    - University Degree (Psychology, Sociology would be a plus);
    - At least two years experience in handling various roles;
    - Fluency in English (both spoken and written);
    - Volume hiring administration is a strong advantage;
    - Knowledge of competency/behavior based interviewing techniques;
    - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of individuals
    - Excellent computer skills (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).

    Responsibilities

    - Responsible for the full recruitment life cycle to include, but not limited to, sourcing, screening, interviewing, checking references and onboarding qualified candidates based on departmental business needs and requests;
    - Prepare job specifications, write job advertisements and decide how and where jobs will be advertised;
    - Send job offer to the accepted candidates and communicate the response for candidates that are not selected;
    - Manage internal communications (memos, newsletters etc.)
    - Provide timely and quality recruitment and selection reports;
    - Drive recruitment process improvements;
    - Track the orientation and integration of new employees in the team;
    - Participate in various HR projects, as per company needs (e.g.: job fairs etc.).
