Software Engineer for Device Virtualization Framework

We are porting existing firmware (C/C++) from microcontrollers and RTOS to the PC (Windows, Linux) and designing a completely new environment to run firmware and communicate to external components and tools.

The challenge for these tasks is twofold: first to port existing components without modifying them (e.g. HAL) and preserving functional constrains, and second to design a flexible environment to be able to connect to different external components.

- Contribute to the architecture definition of the device virtualization solution
- Integrate and port software device components to Windows and Linux
- Integrate the virtualized system in other tools and components making sure the timing aspect is preserved
- Add visual support for the runtime execution (display, runtime visualization)
- Design and implement a solution for verification automation for specific aspects (display, text, internationalization etc.)

Technologies & Tools: C/C++, C#, cmake, Visual Studio, Git, quality specific tools (lint etc.)
