- previous experience of people management in a contact center environment, either as a Shift manager, Team Leader or Senior agent
- advanced level of Spanish – a must
- good command of English, written and spoken
- excellent communication skills, able to deliver corrective feedback & motivate team members
- results-oriented, with good analytical skills and attentive to details
- a fast learner, proactive, highly organized & supportive individual.

- manage the team to deliver exceptional service to customers
- meet the daily & monthly targets set for the Spanish Division
- monitor agents’ daily activities, suggest improvements and evaluate their performance
- listen to agents’ calls, evaluate emails and chats; act as QA specialist and offer feedbacks
- create monthly appraisals & actions plans when needed
- coordinate with Desk Manager to improve team’s standard of work, motivation and results
- participate in recruitment processes when necessary
