Application Integration and Workflow Developer

Mandatory skills:

Good understanding of cloud & virtual infrastructures, with emphasis on openstack and vmware type environments (but not necessarily bound to)
Good understanding and experience with: Python, APIs integration, REST
Ability to build processes based on input and output data, outcomes required and non-functional requirements
Proven experience in understanding able to interact, debug and able to customize the software that you are interacting/integrating with, and its APIs/interfaces/functionalities, etc.
Analytical and development oriented mindset and approach (understanding quality assurance, error handling, design for errors/failure, various levels and types of testing, etc.)
Ability to work collaboratively in a global team environment or independently as the situation requires.
Good understanding of reusability and modularity concepts and approaches.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to understand complex architectures and systems
Any additional programming languages or platforms (Django, Docker, Openstack, JavaScripting, Java, J2EE, C++, BPM)

Nice to have skills:

Understand the current standard workflow offering, approach, methodology and the overall mission.
Analyze client requirements, match these against the existent offerings if required and implement the code as per the design documentation
Provide detailed and comprehensive documentation of the implementation able to be used by both test team and support teams
Prepare, present and get sign-off from the client on the deliverables, once the design and requirements phase has been completed.
Raise relevant issues to the design team before the implementation phase begins.
Work with Managers, Project Managers and Scrum Leads on project reporting, project status, closure tasks, like deliverables sign-offs, lessons learned, etc.
In order to be able to satisfy all of the above, you need to have a very good understanding of the current service offerings, organizational structure and key stakeholders. Once you have passed the ramp-up period, you will also be involved in the technical strategy related discussions, forums and boards.

You will be integrating applications and systems from different vendors, using a variety of tools and programming language, with emphasis on Python, API calls and REST, but not bound to.
