What you will do:

• You will work as a part of the Charisma development team
• You will collaborate with product managers, experienced programmers, business consultants and quality assurance teams
• You will design software solution for our clients requirements
• You will propose ideas and innovations to be implemented in current development activity

 
What you need to succeed:

• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming is top on our list
• We admire self-learners, problem solvers, curios minds and passionate developers
• At least 2 years of experience developing software using C#.NET, ASP.NET and Microsoft SQL Server
• Good knowledge of database design principles and T-SQL
• Good knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5/CSS and XML
• Familiar with various design and architectural patterns
• Experience performing unit testing and troubleshooting applications built on .NET framework
• Knowledge of concurrency patterns in C#
• Familiarity with code versioning tools
• Familiarity with continuous integration
• Familiarity with ORM frameworks
