    Cerinte

    - Customer care, experience (>2years)
    - University degree preferably in the area of economic studies
    - Proficiency in Excel, numeracy and analytical skills with strong attention to details
    - Good level of English language /Hungarian language will be a plus
    - SAP knowledge
    - Very good communication skills and fit to work as a team player in a dynamic environment
    - Focus on continuous learning end personal development
    - Focuses on the needs of the customer
    - Is a change champion and pioneers new ideas and approaches

    Responsabilitati

    - Orders process for customers from SEE
    - Permanent contact with customers and involved departments in sales process
    - Permanent contact with warehouse, forwarders
    - Keep/Increase fill rate for each customers
    - Freight out organization, if necessary
    - Return management and process return orders
    - Invoicing process
