    Requirements

    • Knowledge of HR Processes
    • Basic Knowledge of Controlling
    • Reporting Skills
    • SAP HR Basics
    • Microsoft Office, in particular Excel
    • Proactive and self-organized
    • Attention to details
    • Ability to work under deadline pressure
    • Very good communication skills in written and spoken English and at least medium level of German

    Responsibilities

    • Support the business with regular analysis of employee data and reporting across various HR Management Systems.
    • Developing reporting on employee data for analysis and decision-making, statistical data analysis and other reporting as required.
    • Responsible for the provision and integration of people-related data between HR and other business areas, including enhancements and developments to current reporting methods.
    • Ownership of the annual HR reporting calendar including communication of reporting needs and consolidation of standard deliverables.
    • Support HR Business Partners with monthly and periodic reporting requirements related to Workforce Planning, Organization Design Analysis, Attrition reporting, etc.
    • Act as internal center-of-expertise for evaluating and addressing ad-hoc management and HR reporting requirements, and supporting for sensitive or non-standard reporting requirements.

    The HR Reporting Specialist provides data analysis and reporting support to the Human Resource function in the areas of people metrics, reporting, and advanced and predictive analytics.


    He/She will support the Human Resource leadership team to identify business challenges and use data analysis to help influence changes to the operations, process or programs. In doing so, he/she will utilize existing SAP system and analytical tools to develop and analyze business-wide people and other cross-functional data as needed.


    The HR Reporting Analyst will collaborate with subject matter experts within HR and business Service Line leaders, to provide holistic and integrated Human Capital Planning and Metrics.
