The KPI Institute is a research institute specialized in business performance. It operates research programs in 12 practice domains ranging from strategy and KPIs to employee performance, and from customer service to innovation performance. Insights are disseminated through a variety of publications, subscriptions services and through a knowledge platform available to registered members. Support in deploying these insights in practice is offered through training and advisory services.
The KPI Institute has developed the first KPI Management Framework and it operates , the result of a research program dedicated to documenting and cataloging how KPIs are used in practice. It is an online portal containing the largest collection of well documented KPI examples, supported by a community of tens of thousands of members.
INTEGERPERFORM is the European arm of The KPI Institute, and it provides support at global level in research, training and advisory matters.
We expect you to:
• Hold a university degree preferably in Marketing, Advertising or similar disciplines;
• Have previous experience in marketing;
• Have budget-management skills and proficiency;
• Have analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges;
• Have an instinctive feeling about future product concepts;
• Be a good listener, able to respond to results and consumer research;
• Be able to work well with a wide range of people from different parts of the business;
• Be able to manage different projects at the same time;
• Be able to translate complex ideas into compelling marketing pieces;
• Be proficiency with all MS Office applications;
• Be able to coordinate multiple projects in a fast-paced environment;
• Be able to work independently with minimum supervision, but also as part of a project team;
• Be energetic, entrepreneurial, hardworking and persistent;
• Have experience in using social networking platforms, such as Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn;
• Have attention to detail in ensuring everything is cross-checked and accurate;
• Have strong project management skills, being able to take ownership and responsibility for tasks to ensure they are completed to a high standard and on time.
• Plan, strategies and execute marketing designs and activities to establish and maintain our site brand presence in the market;
• Define product strategies and road maps;
• Researching consumer markets, monitoring market trends and identifying potential areas in which to invest, based upon consumer needs;
• Research and determine product weaknesses and areas to be modified;
• Develop sales tools and collateral's;
• Develop effective product positioning in the market;
• Conduct competitive strategic analysis, consumer segmentation, and consumer insight development;
• Develop mid-term plan and financial analyses;
• Launch and oversee advertising and media planning;
• Coordinate activities of specialists involved in the brand positioning of the products;
• Undertake package development strategies.
