Excellent communication skills;

University degree, preferably Economics;

Previous telesales experience is a plus;

Excellent command of English language;

PC skills (MS Office; internet);

Driving license B category is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES:




Contact targeted companies by phone;

Promote Coface services by phone and set meetings for Key Account Managers;

Achieve monthly target of established meetings;

Achieve internal KPIs;

Update the clients’ status in database;

Support in direct-mailing activities: envelopes necessary and proper labeling;

Respond to clients’ requirements via telephone, fax and email and offers basic commercial support;

Draw up written offers for potential clients;

Provide details about price, discount and payment.
