    The company has more than 3,100 employees and provides services to 2.7 million customers in three key areas of the country: Muntenia Sud (including Bucharest), Banat and Dobrogea, accounting for one third of Romania’s electricity distribution market.     Ce vei face?

    • Verifici acuratetea informatiilor completate in contractele de furnizare;
    • Corectezi si actualizezi informatiile in baza de date;
    • Introduci contractele de furnizare in sistemul informatic si urmaresti activarea acestora conform obiectivelor stabilite;
    • Promovezi ofertele pentru contractele de furnizare a energiei electrice si de servicii cu valoare adaugata;
    • Contactezi clientii finali pentru clarificarea si rezolvarea neconcordantelor identificate, daca este cazul;
    • Prelucrezi, analizezi rapoarte si situatii periodice si ad-hoc, propui solutii de optimizare daca este cazul;
    • Participi la instruirea si respectarea conditiilor de sanatate si siguranta in munca, calitate si mediu.

    Responsabilitati

    Care este profilul candidatului ideal?

    • Experienta anterioara in customer service/ call center/ vanzari de minimum 1 an;
    • Cunoasterea tehnicilor de vanzare;
    • Cunostinte avansate de utilizare PC (MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
    • Orientare catre client si rezultate;
    • Gandire logica, analitica;
    • Foarte bune abilitati de comunicare si relationare, flexibilitate si persuasiune in comunicare;
    • Capacitate de invatare si adaptare rapida la schimbari;
    • Capacitate de lucru independent si rezolvare de probleme;
    • Studiile superioare finalizate reprezinta avantaj.
