    British American Shared Services Europe currently have an exciting opportunity for a Recruiter role, to complete our team.

    Main activites:
    Presents the preselected candidates to HRBPs and/or Hiring Managers by supporting arguments (candidate profile based on screening, phone interview and tests);
    Follows up recruitment projects from beginning to the end, and continuously monitors own performance and seeks ways to improve it;
    Offers support in order for relevant processes to be delivered effectively by providing excellent Customer services at all times;
    Assists in tracking candidates through the system;
    Posts and edit job roles in the recruitment system;
    Manages interview schedules for candidates and hiring managers and arranging assessment logistics;
    Work towards pre-defined and agreed metrics and timelines;
