    - 3+ years experience writing marketing copy and a portfolio to back it up
    - Experience in writing about IT could be an advantage
    - Highly creative and imaginative
    - Accuracy both in terms of grammar and information, as adverts must not be misleading
    - Understand the different language styles that appeal to various target segments
    - Work well in a team and with a range of designers
    - Be able to work under pressure and manage workloads effectively
    - Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    - Be highly self-motivated and well organised
    - Be able to see other people's points of view and take on board feedback
    - Have an eye for detail


    - Create consistent brand messages and identify target audiences
    - Develop creative marketing ideas and concepts
    - Write upper-level creative copy for all brand communications, and ensure that voice and marketing messages are consistent across all channels and align with overall brand strategy
    - Communications include, but are not limited to, website, blog, social media, brochures, internal newsletters, event collateral
    - Execute updates for the QUALITANCE website and external partner websites to ensure content is discoverable, accurate, current, and compelling
    - Develop and manage the content roadmap and editorial calendar for the blog
    - Create keywords-based content writing
    - Implement continuous SEO improvements, monitor and analyze SEO performance, and conduct ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization
    - Works closely and collaboratively in partnership with designers
    - Manage the social media accounts: create content, post on a regular basis, and act as an online community manager
    - Run social media paid ads campaigns & monitor campaigns effectiveness
    - Proofread copy to check spelling and grammar
