    Requirements

    - Bachelor’s degree - preferably Foreign Languages;
    - Good knowledge of German language (C1/C2);
    - Relevant experience in teaching German language;
    - Independent, conscientious and structured type of person.

    Responsibilities

    - Delivering customized language trainings;
    - Identifying training needs together with the LanguageQuality Responsible and other involved parties (e.g.customers, heads of department, project managers etc.);
    - Defining training objectives;
    - Planning training sessions to meet the established needsand objectives;
    - Designing new customized materials (e.g. areas ofBusiness German) or embedding existing materials inclass;
    - Monitoring trainee performance;
    - Providing feedback to the trainees and their directmanagers;
    - Translations upon request (German-English).
