Online Marketing Specialist

International company with more than 3 years of presence in Romania and 20 years in various countries of Europe, extends its activity with a new and exciting project.
We are currently recruiting for an Call Center Operator, on an undetermined basis, eager to develop in a professional environment. As member of our team, you will have the possibility to develop your career and skills and to be part of a multinational company.

Minimum 3 years of proven EXPERIENCE in digital marketing.
Advanced level of French. English – nice to have.
Level of studies: University graduate with a proven academic record.
Applied knowledge of SEM, web design, Google Analytics.
- Marketing techniques applied on web pages designs.
- Creativity: the corner stone of your job.
- Acquisition of Leads: SEO and SEM, affiliation programs, emailing campaigns, push notifications and other type of campaigns.
- Customer retention: optimizing the lifetime of each client (loyalty) and value (ROI).

ADVANCED knowledge and experience in:
- Analysis and planning.
- Leadership.
- Good time management skills, project and product management abilities.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

- Passion for new technologies, innovative thinking, guerrilla marketing strategies.
- With great work ethic, dedication, motivation and work capacity in team and multiple projects at the same time.

- Writing and editing skills
- We appreciate the bilingual profiles (languages of interest for the company, all the Europeans, in particular: Spanish, English, French, Romanian and/or Italian)
- We value commercial experience.

We are looking for an Online Marketing Manager with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in digital strategy and online marketing, with a focus on acquiring new leads, with an analytical mind and a passion for finding new solutions to increase the ROI to the company.
This position requires a creative candidate, proactive, an expert in the digital marketing and e-commerce techniques with big capacity of innovation and analysis.
