    Requirements

    - University degree in marketing or comparable is needed (Master and or any other further qualification in marketing / trade marketing is appreciated)
    - Minimum 3-5 years of trade marketing management experience is needed
    - Relevant experience in international, modern companies is needed
    - Former Experience/background in Sales is highly recommended
    - Knowledge of marketing and trade marketing activities, tools and techniques is needed
    - Knowledge of category management and assortment is needed
    - Knowledge of trade channels European level (mass market and traditional trade) is highly recommended
    - Knowledge of most important IT tools is needed
    - Fluency in spoken and written English
    - Capability in building strategic, multilevel and team work relationship is needed
    - Capability in dealing with complexity in a multinational environment is needed
    - Energetic, organized and business-driven approach is highly recommended
    - Engaged and with structured and strong communication skills
    - An affective hands-on approach together with fearless of challenges are appreciated
    - Good role-based leadership and decision making are highly appreciated

    Responsibilities

    Pupose of the position:

    Developing and executing the Trade Marketing strategy of the brands portfolio to achieve defined business objectives (KPIs) and responsible for ensuring the proper development, execution and benchmarking of all programs designed to increase brands visibility

    - Lead trade marketing initiatives to ensure proper strategy is in place to meet both brands and affiliates’ expectations
    - Identify and develop necessary sales tools to increase cooperation with affiliates, increase brand presence in affiliates’’ point of sales and improve customer satisfaction
    - Develop promotions with operators in collaboration with Sales Department
    - Create and maintain trade calendar of activities working with both the Sales and Marketing teams
    - To implement and track TM programmes for operators with sales and marketing teams designed to increase sales and brands awareness.
    - Carry out specific TM programmes, complying with Company’s sales policies, company strategy with the operators and brand equity
    - Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure that trade marketing strategies are aligned with marketing objectives and sales revenue targets
    - Report sales needs and field intelligence to sales / marketing teams
    - Analyze brand sell through results by channel and make recommendations to increase results
    - Manage budget and ROI for his/her specific TM activities
