Customer Support Specialist with German

• A minimum of 6 months Customer support experience
• College/University degree
• English and German fluent skills;
• SAP/ Oracle/ Siebel experience is a plus;
• Organization and self-motivation abilities;
• Customer oriented;
• Self motivated with good communication skills;
• Performs customer invoicing/ shipping activities;
• Handles incoming calls from customers or clients;
• Transfers customer calls to appropriate staff;
• Assists cusomer in solving disputes;
• Acts as interface with logistics department as to ensure shipping and delivery to customers;
• Researches billing usses/ issues credit and debit notes;
• Provides data required for commercial decisions;
• Assists sales and marketing with sample dispatch.
