    The Pricing Advisor delivers support for the Sales Organization by providing quality pricing analysis and follow-up on possible deals of the sales representatives with the partner/customer and finds the best way to balance the discounts in deals in order to make the customer/partner/sales representatives and local Business Unit satisfied with their results.

    Requirements:
    - Minimum 1 year working experience within Special Pricing area;
    - Fluent English and French languages;
    - Educated to Bachelor degree level with basic knowledge of sales/customer support;
    - General computer skills (Windows), specific experience in working with MS Excel and MS Outlook;
    - Assertive communication skills (good questioning and listening skills);
    - Team spirit; business common sense;
    - Attention to details;
    - Efficiency in handling numbers;
    - Excellent organizational skills.

    Responsabilitati

    Responsibilities:
    - Processes requests that are coming from sales representatives in a timely manner as per the agreed internal processes;
    - Performs high complexity tasks (e.g. High Risk deals approvals, approval of aggressive margins);
    - Makes sure that prices, discounts and other data are correct and obtains all necessary authorizations for the processing of the requests, using assign delegation and current process guidelines/documentation;
    - Is well informed of the promotions, discounts and other type of information which are necessary for handling the requests into the system;
    - Uses the BU delegation in order to grant approval for deals within established discount levels;
    - Ensures smooth collaboration within EMEA function team, CSSO and Country Leads;
    - Delivers reports and memos regarding the processed request, orders and transactions;
    - Follows-up on pending request with respective stakeholders to ensure the request is processed in due time.
