    University degree business administrations or comparable
    Fluency in English, both written and spoken
    Interested in IT-Tools and systems
    Additional language as German, Spanish, Italian or French is an advantage
    Knowledge of MS-Office (esp. Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
    SAP knowledge (ideally CAP, BAP)
    Min.2 years previous experience in Finance or Business Administration
    Previous experience in a corporate environment would be a plus

    Budget tracking and monthly project reporting:
    -Fulfilling reporting needs of different stakeholders
    -Providing cost center reports and project reports (PSP)
    -Generation of status updates in PPT
    -Providing budget reports on a monthly basis (Actuals versus Plan) for the management, including comments and analysis
    -Providing standardized project reporting focused on business case figures, milestones, deliverables and content of all projects within AMOS
    -Providing analysis of costs versus revenues booked on a project, whenever requested

    Cost Center controlling:
    -Assigning correctly the costs to internal cost centers
    -Develop cost centers, cost categories and product cost accounting and allocate intercompany services
    -Prepare cost center reporting for various functional groups
    -Analysis of cost elements on cost centers (deviations between previous period/current period/budget)
    -Tracking of all cost center expenses
    -Support functional reporting requirements and drive improvements in automating reporting and analysis
    -Support monthly reviews by preparing presentations and ad-hoc analysis
    -Analysis of accounting bookings and identification of actual budget consumption, including commenting on the respective deviations and results

    Project approval workflow (SharePoint) & Business Partner Support:
    -Quality control of figures, deliverables, official rates used for labor efforts, pricing
    -Comparison of planning resources, budget and project duration, according to Finance checklist
    -Verification of types of costs, charging method and financial KPIs (breakeven point, capitalization rate, NPV)
    -Approval or rejection of project Business Case by providing feedback to project managers with required adjustments for a proper Business Case / Project Charter or PlanView input
    -Offering support to business partners regarding controlling topics

    PlanView process:
    -Entering of Efforts in PlanView
    -Administration of projects in PlanView (e.g sponsorship form, debtors, project lifecycle)
    -Creation of projects
    -Providing the monthly project status report
    -Entering/Updating the financial plan

    Other responsibilities:
    -Attends to company’s management reporting
    -The employee is responsible for all deficiencies resulting from their activities based on their own decisions
    -Follows all circulars, methodology rules, work procedures, internal regulation, compliance and anti-fraud policy of the company

    Quality management responsibilities:
    -Elaborates quality management process documentation (SOPs, guidelines) and performs all registrations required in order to meet all business activities
    -Fulfills all business requirements or quality management related tasks requested by line manager or by superior of department
