    Responsabilitati

    Responsabilitati:


    -procesare, inregistrare si gestionare corespondenta primita prin posta pentru echipa de Relatii clienti a unei companii internationale de cosmetice
    -preluare documente sau retururi de la oficiul postal de doua ori / saptamana, inregistrarea si raportarea informatiilor cu acuratete in sistemele folosite, respectand standardele de calitate ale procedurilor interne
    -procesarea si expedierea comenzilor de cataloage primite din partea clientilor companiei prin telefon / e-mail
    -procesarea, inregistrarea si efectuarea platilor aferente retururilor de produse primite din partea clientilor companiei
    -inregistrare facturi sau plati in sistem
