PROFESSIONAL, lider pe piata agentiilor de Resurse Umane din Romania, ofera clientilor sai servicii complete in domeniul resurselor umane: recrutare, testare, selectie si plasare de personal, leasing de personal, assessment & development centers, evaluare de personal, audit organizational si training.Cerinte
- Answer phone calls, provide information to callers or connect callers to appropriate people;
- Assist customers with inquiries;
- Create and maintain contact with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods;
- Sourcing and ordering stationery and office equipment;
- Ensure accuracy of all inventories;
- Review bills, invoices and purchase orders;
- Prepare required presentation maps for the meetings;
- Prepare reports in order to follow closely cost controls on different projects;
- Book and organize meetings;
- Handling correspondence;
- Organize files both manually and electronically, keeping the office area in order.
- Bachelor degree;
- Experience for at least 1 year on a similar position;
- Fluency in English;
- PC skills: MS Office package (especially PowerPoint and Excel);
- Flexible, self-controlled, problem solving;
- Proven ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines;
- Excellent communication and organisational skills;
- Attention to details;
- Results oriented.
