    Knowledge and Skills:
     Excellent communication skills: written and verbal;

    ACS Global Order Desk
    Sells and promotes Advanced Customer Services (ACS)

    The target market is Oracle install base customers in the primary EMEA countries
    The ideal candidate will have a successful track record in the following areas:
    • Consulting, Outsourcing or Services Sales
    • Sound experience in telesales
    • Fluent English/German
    • Eager to learn high volumes in short time

    Detailed Description
    As a member of Oracle's Support Sales organization, you will handle requests for pricing estimates and contracts for the services in the department’s portfolio. Your main activities will be:
    • Identify request and validate prices against a valid contract
    • Create and update tickets to track the requests
    • Submission of order package for booking
    • Communication to the team and requesters at key stages of the process
    • Communication with internal stakeholders/partners/customers
     Create an efficient approach of the ACS opportunities;
     Answer in due time to standard queries related to the ACS processes
     Make effective tracking for all requests handled
     Provide requester feed back at any steps in the process
     Fosters internal Oracle relationships
    • Participates in reporting and audit functions
    • Works as a member of the Global ACS Order Desk team

    Job Requirements

    Work is routine and complex, involving the application of technical/business skills in area of specialization. Strong analysis and research skills. Ability to partner across functions. Minimum 2 years relevant work experience. BS/BA preferred. Requires ability to influence thinking or gain acceptance of others in sensitive situations. Good communication/negotiating/closing skills with customers/prospects. . Understanding of Support infrastructure; ability to position value of Support in competitive situations; fluent understanding of accounts.
