    Minimum experience on 4 years within a HR team
    Advanced English skills
    Expert knowledge of processes and local reporting requirements
    Integrations experience across a number of systems and technologies
    Active interest in process improvement and system design
    Technical University would be a plus

    To represent local HR operational and transactional requirements during detailed design sessions
    To work closely with the Global HR Operations Experts to ensure the regional requirements and information are accurately represented
    To ensure any local / regional requirements to feed data from HR to payroll are communicated during the design sessions and documented accordingly
    To ensure any local authorization requirements are documented during the design phase
    To support with testing and training activities
    To support the HR Data Analyst with the collection and cleansing of data for the regions;
    To work with the Regional Head of HR to ensure data protection agreements are progressed and signed locally where required
