Skills Required:

Proficient in DevOps related to Hadoop, WebLogics, Tomcat, Oracle
Experience in Java core 2 years+
Hands on with Hadoop ecosystem (including Hive, Cloudera, Spark)
Knowledge of NoSQL databases (Mongo, Redis, others) and relational databases (oracle, pl/sql development)
Proven track of work with enterprise system in complex multi-cultural organizations

Responsibilities:

Contribute to POCs of alternative Hadoop setups vs an existing system
Prototyping and evaluating open source frameworks and in house solutions
Collaborating with an existing partner team supporting the core platform on Hadoop
Setup and configuration of environmental stacks based on Hadoop, Oracle, WLS, Tomcat
Promotion of configuration from Dev through CIT, SIT, Prod and Prod Support environments
