You will be part of a new international project for inside sales. Our client is an american global company, world leader in its field.
Language requirements:
1. English & Spanish at an advanced level
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales
• Successful track record of driving growth
• Self-motivation, a passion to sell, target orientated and comfortable working independently or as part of a team
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in global, matrixed organizations
• Experience across different industries
• Experience in business development and sales creation
• Understanding of the different types of products/solutions in the SPS portfolio
• Background and experience in AIDC, HSE, sensor or switching industries.
o Deliver the revenue AOP for a set of Strategic Supplier accounts across the global sales organization.
o Accurate forecasting of quarterly revenue.
o Identify, generate and close New Business Opportunities (NBO’s) in line with the business strategies.
o Provide pricing, quality report and other sales support to the One Honeywell Outside sales teams.
o Set up a world class Sales Operating System (SOS) using the TAS methodology tools to deliver top tier growth rates.
o Network across the HON organization to build a support network to ensure sustainable long term growth.
