• Experience with ERP system- a must, SAP Business One- an advantage.
• Experience with CRM/Back Office system from an online company- a strong advantage.
• Fluent spoken and written English – Other languages a plus.
• Have the ability to self-manage and motivate
• Astute attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to recognize potential problems and solve them as they arise
• Being very assertive to have people implement procedures
• Must be a team player
• Experience with office and especially MS Excel
• use SAP to manage invoices and payment requests.
• Cross check and reconcile the invoices with the information in the system and/or contracts and upload the payment requests for approval.
• Collaborate with the accountant and the Financial Department in order to deliver correct payments on time.
• Pixel implementation in GTM system
• Be responsible for Back Office operations related to clients ‘ accounts, including: opening campaigns, API and monitoring activities
• Understand the business’ needs, and assertively treat urgent issues till they’re solved and delivered
